Why do these items end up at the Warehouse Sale? The answer is different for nearly every pair. Many items are stray pairs from past seasons or discontinued items that we can no longer sell, some are sales or press samples that have been worn (lightly) on a photoshoot, or that have a slightly different material or design to the style that eventually was produced, some are one-offs that were not made because they were too expensive to produce or components too hard to come by. Each shoe has its own story.
Every pair will be inspected before shipping to ensure there are no extreme flaws or defects, however, keep in mind that all pairs are priced as is.
All Warehouse Sale pairs are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions can be made.
Exchanges & Returns
Styles Eligible for Refund Shoes not marked "Final Sale" or "Exchange Only" are eligible for our full refund policy if returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be initiated and postmarked within this window to ensure eligibility. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. If you choose store credit or an exchange, return shipping is complimentary. See our Exchanges & Returns page for full details.
Styles Eligible for Exchange Shoes marked "Exchange Only" are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for use in-store or on Coclico.com. Complimentary shipping is offered for both exchanges and store credit. Final Sale - Shoes marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange. These marks do not indicate wear and do not make a "final sale" shoe eligible for return or refund.
International Sales - Any orders shipped outside of the US are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.
Terms - To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoes must be clean, undamaged, and returned as received in their original shoebox.
