During rigorous quality hand making process only water-based skin friendly adhesives are used, leathers are vegetable tanned and no solvents applied. The packaging is environmentally friendly, and materials are responsibly sourced.

Styles Eligible for Refund Shoes not marked "Final Sale" or "Exchange Only" are eligible for our full refund policy if returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be initiated and postmarked within this window to ensure eligibility. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for use in-store or on Coclico.com. Complimentary shipping is offered for both exchanges and store credit.
