Returns must be initiated and postmarked within this window to ensure eligibility. If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Styles Eligible for Exchange Shoes marked "Exchange Only" are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for use in-store or on Coclico.com. Complimentary shipping is offered for both exchanges and store credit. Final Sale - Shoes marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

International Sales - Any orders shipped outside of the US are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged or returned.

Terms - To be eligible for a return or exchange, shoes must be clean, undamaged, and returned as received in their original shoebox.
