Shipping & Delivery

Within the  United States, we offer:
  • COMPLIMENTARY ground shipping for all orders over $250.
  • COMPLIMENTARY return and outbound shipping on all exchanges.
  • $10 returns on all shoes not marked FINAL SALE.
Please note, our complimentary shipping is uninsured and does not require a signature for delivery. Rates quoted directly by UPS and USPS are also uninsured and do not a require signature for delivery. If you are concerned about mail theft, we urge you to select one of our shipping options that include insurance and/or a signature.

International Orders: We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT that might apply. Please be sure that you understand what the duty rates are in the country you are shipping to before finalizing your order. All international sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned. We regret that we are not able to extend our full policy to orders shipped internationally, however, once shipped the duties and taxes paid to the authorities in your country are not recoupable by us, resulting in our inability to refund you the full amount paid, or to guarantee you will not be charged duties twice on an exchange. 

Processing and Delivery Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We do our best to ship the same day but orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. If you need your package to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know so we can prioritize your order. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You will receive a second email when the order has been successfully delivered. If you created an account when you made your purchase, you can check the status of your order by logging into Your Account.
