Shipping & Delivery

Within the  United States:
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on shipping preferences for carrier and time in transit.

  • We offer COMPLIMENTARY return and outbound shipping on all exchanges.

  • We offer COMPLIMENTARY return shipping on orders returned for store credit. 

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted on orders eligible to be returned for a refund.
Please note: Unless you select otherwise at checkout, shipments are sent without insurance and do not require a signature for delivery. If mail theft is a concern in your area, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that includes insurance and/or requires a signature to ensure safe delivery.

International Orders: We ship internationally to most countries. International customers are responsible for all additional duties/fees/VAT calculated at checkout. All international sales are final and may not be exchanged or returned. We regret that due to various logistical reasons we are not able to extend our full policy to orders shipped outside of the US.

Processing and Delivery Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. For orders not marked as a preorder, we do our best to ship the same day but orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 2pm EST will begin processing the next business day. If you need your package to be delivered by a certain date, please let us know and we will do our best to prioritize your order. We are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so please check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. You will receive a second email when the order has been successfully delivered. If you created an account when you made your purchase, you can check the status of your order by logging into Your Account.
