Coclico wholesale orders are made to order.

Seasonal order minimums are 24 pairs, with an 8-pair minimum per style/color. Seasonal orders follow the shipping windows provided. Changes may be requested within 15 calendar days of submission. After that period, seasonal orders are final.

In-season reorder minimums are 6 pairs per style/color. Once confirmed, reorders are final and cannot be cancelled or adjusted.

Special orders pulled from retail store inventory, when available, are subject to a 20% surcharge and are final sale.

Retailers are responsible for inspecting and trying on their delivery upon receipt. Any errors, fit concerns, or manufacturing issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with order details and clear photos.
