Styles Eligible for Exchange Shoes marked "Exchange Only" are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt. If an exchange is not possible, store credit will be issued for use in-store or on Coclico.com. Complimentary shipping is offered for both exchanges and store credit.
