Sarah Mitchell-Davison is a ceramic artist and designer living and working in West Kill, NY. She uses traditional and modern techniques to design and produce her functional ceramic pieces.
Striking a balance between fine art and relevant design, Sarah’s work combines sculptural elements with regard to minimalism and functionality. She draws on influences from urban landscapes, nature, art, and design, combining clean lines, and raw clay texture to create a distinct aesthetic. The result is a collection of one-of-a-kind pieces, each engaging the beholder in a visual and tactile experience.

It was a project of learning and discovery, exploring a combination of wheel and hand-building to initiate a new creative direction.
