We're also happy to offer an exchange or refund subject to the terms explained below.

If you'd like to initiate an exchange or refund, please read our policy carefully and then click the "start my return" button at the bottom of this page.

Styles Eligible For Refund

If a shoe is not marked "FINAL SALE" or "EXCHANGE ONLY", it is eligible for our full return policy. We're pleased to offer exchanges and returns for refund on these styles for orders shipped within the United States.

We ask that returns are initiated within 10 days of receiving your order and postmarked for return within 14 days. $10 for return shipping will be deducted on returns for a refund. Free shipping is offered for exchanges.

Styles Eligible for Exchange

Styles marked "FREE EXCHANGE" are eligible for free exchanges within 10 days of receipt for orders shipped within the United States. These styles are not eligible for a refund. We are pleased to assist you in finding the right size, color, or style to make the purchase a success. In the instance that you're unable to make an exchange for an equal value pair, you will be issued a store credit good for use in-store and on Coclico.com. Return shipping on your original order will be complementary if you receive a store credit.

Final Sale

Styles marked "FINAL SALE" may not be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

International Sales

All international sales (orders shipped outside of the United States) are final and may not be exchanged or returned. We regret that we are not able to extend our full policy to orders shipped internationally, however, once shipped the duties and taxes paid to the authorities in your country are not recoupable by us, resulting in our inability to refund you the full amount paid, or to guarantee you will not be charged duties twice on an exchange.  Please be sure you understand the terms and cost of shipping and duties described on our Shipping and Delivery page before making an international order..

Terms

We will accept returns (excluding final sale items) for shoes that have not been worn, damaged or altered and that are returned in their original shoebox.

Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles cannot be accepted. We reserve the right to deny credit for returned merchandise that does not meet the return policy requirements.

Returns postmarked more than 14 days after the date of your original receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted 30 days after the date of your receipt and will be returned to you.

Your refund will be credited to your payment account within 5 business days of receipt. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement, depending on your credit issuer’s processing time.
